On May 29, information from the Inspection Committee of Quan Hoa District Party Committee (Thanh Hoa Province) said that it had just issued a decision to discipline Ms. Le Thi Hue - Principal of Trung Son Kindergarten, Quan Hoa District.
Ms. Le Thi Hue was disciplined with a warning for violating regulations on ethics, civilized living standards and the management and use of the State budget.
Previously, as reported by Lao Dong Newspaper, the functional sector of Quan Hoa district received a petition reflecting on Ms. Le Thi Hue - Principal of Trung Son Kindergarten - having many violations in management and inappropriate behavior towards teachers.
According to the petition, over the years, Ms. Hue - in her position as principal - has committed many violations, even insulted teachers in the school, causing many people to be upset.
Typically, in the 2021-2022 school year, she created a fake caregiver's profile at the school to receive budget funding, with an amount of 12 million VND; arbitrarily took the school's refrigerator and water tank to bring home for use.
Notably, the complaint also stated: in the 2021-2022 school year, Ms. Hue made insulting words to teachers, calling them "hampers", causing teachers to be upset and the local authorities and Quan Hoa district had to intervene to resolve the issue.
The petition also reflects a number of violations related to financial work, revenue and expenditure at Trung Son Kindergarten.
