However, schools are not allowed to use disciplinary measures that are violent, insult humanity, affect the physical and mental health of students.
It is true that discipline by suspension will interrupt students' studies, causing many consequences such as creating a depressed and negative psychology. From there, students can be lured and drawn into unhealthy activities.
But if you remind, criticize or write self-criticism, will it help students realize their mistakes? Along with that is a disciplinary regulation related to the corresponding behavior of "temporarily suspending learning at school for a period of time and implementing other educational measures according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training".
If the Circular on rewarding and disciplining students comes into effect, the School Charter must change the regulation on "temporary suspension of study at school".
From "school changes" to "temporary suspension of study at school" and now there is no provision for temporary suspension, suspension of study can be considered towards humanistic education.
