Merging schools is a correct policy that is approved and responded to by the whole society, to make the education apparatus streamlined and operate more effectively.
Thus, the mission of schools must also be changed to be appropriate to meet the cause of national education. To achieve the cause of nurturing people after the merger, in my opinion, each school needs to clearly define the responsibilities of each member as follows:
Responsibility of the principal: We know that the principal is the captain of a ship. The school's development or failure depends on the wise leadership of the principal.
Due to managing many facilities at the same time, the principal must be dedicated and knowledgeable about education, have innovative thinking in school governance. Develop school development plans suitable to the actual conditions of the locality. Manage and evaluate teachers by standards. Assign tasks suitable to the professional strengths of each teacher. Regularly dialogue with teachers to listen to opinions to develop the school, and at the same time solve problems and concerns so that the school becomes better and better.
To do so, the principal needs to ensure the following requirements:
First, develop a school year plan and the school's future aspirations. Assign teachers according to their strengths and each teacher should teach a subject in depth. Class division based on facilities. Supervise and urge teachers in teaching and learning. Coordinate with professional groups to find ways to improve the quality of teaching and learning.
Second, know how to listen to and respect the contributions of teachers. How can teachers see the school as their home so that they can be assured of their long-term work. Build a friendly school where everyone knows how to love and help each other. Consider the joy of teachers and students as their own joy.
Third, be ready to be decisive in all tasks, dare to do, dare to take responsibility for their work with superiors. Boldly delegate authority to vice principals and team leaders. Have a plan to send teachers to participate in professional development classes so that in the near future some natural science subjects can be taught in English.
Fourth, do not be authoritarian in all tasks, think of anything and force teachers to follow. Usually, capable people come with personality, so principals know how to persuade, not try to suppress. Try to find ways to improve the spiritual and material life of teachers through holidays and Tet.

Responsibilities of the vice principal: Very important in the common work of the school, managing a separate facility assigned by the principal, so know how to advise and contribute ideas to help the principal plan the development direction of the school. Flexible, creative and decisive in their management when delegated by the principal. Responsible to the principal for their management work, being a bridge to help the principal build a united collective to bring the school to develop in all aspects.
Responsibilities of professional team leaders: We know that each team leader is the right hand of the Board of Directors. Strong professional teams will make that school strong. To do so, each team leader needs to meet some of the following requirements:
First, build a clear group plan based on the school's plan. Determine the responsibilities of each member in the group.
Second, professional activities: Only spend the first few minutes to announce administrative work, the rest of the time must focus on professional activities such as: Contributing teaching hours (if any), discussing difficult lessons, agreeing on teaching content for each lesson, agreeing on the number of exercises provided to students through each lesson and each chapter, which lessons apply information technology,...
Third, discuss the matrix of test questions according to the orientation of capacity development, assign teachers to create test questions and be responsible to the team and the school board for their team's questions.
Responsibilities of subject teachers: Each teacher must assert themselves before students and school leaders. To do so, teachers need to ensure the following requirements:
First, always improve professional skills. Be a role model for self-study and creativity. How can students see teachers as idols to strive in their studies.
Second, wholeheartedly focus on the assigned work. See school as a home to be assured of long-term work, do not stand on this mountain and look at that mountain. Boldly express your opinions to leaders, do not be weak and follow in a mechanical way.
Third, clearly identify the target audience of your class to choose a suitable teaching method. Create test questions according to the consensus of the professional team.
Position of homeroom teacher: Each homeroom teacher plays a very important role in managing students in all aspects. A class is a member of the school, having many good classes will bring the school movement forward. To do so, homeroom teachers need to ensure the following requirements:
First, plan and orient the class's efforts in the school year such as: How many good and excellent students, striving not to have weak students. Schools do not have social evils, no one violates the law and violates school regulations.
Second, you must know the level and personality of each student to choose a suitable education method. Based on the general criteria of the school, homeroom teachers evaluate and classify students fairly and objectively. Regularly inquire about the learning situation of the class through subject teachers to coordinate in managing students.
Third, organize classes into an autonomous force. Assign good and excellent students to tutor weak students. Based on their abilities and interests, homeroom teachers provide vocational counseling for them. Coordinate with families and school boards to have measures to remind and encourage them through flag salute ceremonies, emulation campaigns, extracurricular sessions or parent meetings.
Responsibilities of the School Union: This is a superficial movement of the school, to create a learning atmosphere, the School Union should organize contests such as: "Fun to learn", "Traffic safety law", "Voice and Phu Dong Health Festival",... Establish clubs for students to participate according to their interests such as: Communication, Music, Volunteering, Sports, Arts, Foreign Languages,... The aim is to help students develop comprehensively in all aspects, thereby forming personality and lifestyle in a community.
Parents' responsibility: Parents are a solid rear for each school. Wherever parents care about their children's learning, the quality of education there is improved in all aspects. Parents always support homeroom teachers to educate students into good children and excellent students and form life skills.
With the responsibilities of each member mentioned above, it will create trust in teaching and learning, towards a humane, safe and happy educational environment.
