To complete essential items, Da Nang City People's Committee requests to accelerate the progress of 6 inter-level boarding schools in border communes to be ready to serve the 2026 - 2027 school year.
According to official dispatch No. 8337/UBND-ĐTĐT signed by Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Ho Ky Minh, as of August 20, all 4 projects including Tay Giang, Hung Son, Dac Pring and La Eee have reached more than 80% of the volume, 2 schools Avương and La Eee have only reached less than 80% of the volume.
The Project Management Board is required to urgently complete the remaining tasks, clean the works, install teaching equipment, living equipment, kitchens, clean water systems and fire prevention and fighting. The works must be completed before August 25, 2026.
With 2 schools Avương and La Dê only reaching less than 80% of the volume, the city requires maximum increase in manpower, machinery, continuous construction organization, transfer of workers from other projects and 24/7 construction to compensate for progress.
Essential items such as classrooms, administration buildings, dormitories, dining halls, kitchens, clean water and sanitation facilities must be completed before August 30, 2026.
The city requires implementation according to the principle "completed to where, handed over to there", while ensuring quality and labor safety. The City Border Guard is requested to assign officers and soldiers to support cleaning when the building blocks are completed.
Regarding disbursement, units must accept and pay according to actual volume, ensuring the progress of disbursement of public investment capital.
Tay Giang School was chosen as the main bridge point to organize the opening ceremony combined with the inauguration on September 5, 2026. The remaining five schools will organize the opening ceremony according to the guidance of the education sector.
