At the Quyet Tien Secondary and High School exam spot (Tu Chua district), Thao A Dung (a student at Tua Thang Ethnic Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities, Tua Chua district), despite unfortunately breaking his arm right before the important exam, was present and received enthusiastic support from the exam council.

According to Mr. Chinh, as soon as he grasped information about Dung's accident, the exam council followed the instructions of the Department of Education and Training and developed a maximum support plan to ensure the rights of candidates.

"Em Dung was arranged a reserve exam room with 2 officers handling the exam. In which, a supervisor will perform the task of writing Dung's work through his reading. The entire process in the exam room is monitored by a camera system" - Mr. Ngo Xuan Chinh informed.
