The groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of Quang Son Primary and Secondary School (Duong Hoa commune, Quang Ninh province) is one of more than 10 online bridges connecting with the groundbreaking ceremony of 72 inter-level boarding schools in border communes across the country.
Implementing the Conclusion Notice No. 81-TB/TW dated July 18, 2025 of the Politburo on the investment policy for school construction for border communes; implementing Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW dated August 22, 2025 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in education and training development, along with the direction of the Central Government, Quang Ninh province has simultaneously started construction of 6 schools (1 primary and secondary school and 5 boarding schools for primary and secondary schools).
The schools that have started construction include: Hoanh Mo Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities (Hoanh Mo Commune), Binh Lieu Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities (Binh Lieu Commune), Dong Tam Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities ( Luc Hon Commune), Quang Duc Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities (Quang Duc Commune), Quang Son Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities (Duong Hoa Commune) and Hai Son Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities (Hai Son Commune).
The groundbreaking ceremonies were solemnly held, creating a wide spread among cadres, party members and people about the significance of investing in schools in border areas.
These are projects of practical significance, contributing to improving the quality of education, preserving and promoting the cultural identity of ethnic groups, strengthening the great national unity bloc, ensuring social security and consolidating the national defense and security posture in the area.
