Ha Tinh - The Department of Education and Training applies the form of the second round of the civil servant recruitment exam to ensure objectivity and transparency.

On September 15, information from the Department of Education and Training of Ha Tinh said that it had just issued a notice of recruitment for a total of 297 teachers in 2025.

Recruitment targets include: 36 preschool teachers, 180 primary school teachers, 52 secondary school teachers and 29 high school teachers, Center for Continuing Education and Training. This is a large recruitment period, meeting the need for additional human resources for educational institutions in the area.

The application submission period is from September 11 to October 11, 2025, at the Department of Organization and Personnel - Ha Tinh Department of Education and Training, No. 105 Phan Dinh Phung, Thanh Sen Ward, Ha Tinh Province. Submit directly or by post.

A notable new point is that round 2 will organize a writing contest instead of a Q&A (round 1 checks the application and recruitment conditions). According to the Department of Education and Training of Ha Tinh, the writing exam has the advantage of being organized strictly, thoroughly, with archived papers, and candidates have the right to appeal. Thanks to that, minimizing negative risks and ensuring fairness among candidates.

In response to the above information, Mr. N.V.A, a student of the Faculty of Literature at Vinh University, said: I am preparing to submit an application for a teacher position in Ha Tinh. I am very happy that this time the Department will organize the written exam method, which will be more fair, objective, and minimize negativity compared to the multiple-choice exam. Whether I pass or not, I happily accept it because the competition is fair.

Speaking to reporters, the leader of the Department of Education and Training of Ha Tinh said that the civil service exam is organized centrally, with writing exams instead of Q&A to enhance transparency and objectivity, creating trust for candidates and the people.

"This time, we are recruiting according to the address, where there is a shortage of recruitment, to overcome the local shortage of teachers" - said the leader of the Department of Education and Training of Ha Tinh.
