Accordingly, the Department of Education and Training proposes to maintain 198 public non-business units directly under the Department, including: 170 high schools, general schools with many levels of education; 3 public kindergartens, 22 centers to support the development of inclusive education and specialized education schools; 1 technical - general education and career guidance center; 2 existing continuing expenditure autonomy centers: Ho Chi Minh City Center for Foreign Languages - Informatics, Information Center and Education Program.
Converting and arranging 41 units into 37 vocational secondary schools equivalent to high schools, reducing 4 units, including: 3 centers directly under the Department of Education and Training, 1 center directly under the Youth Volunteer Force. The arrangement is implemented according to the roadmap and guidance of the Ministry of Education and Training.
