Human resources master technology
In the context of strong digital transformation, the education sector is not left out of this flow. From school management and administration to teaching and learning, the presence of technology is becoming more and more widespread.

According to statistics from the Ministry of Education and Training, since 2018, the industry has built a database for the entire general education sector and connected it with the National Population Database, authenticating information for more than 23 million teachers and students....
To date, the Ministry has also promoted the integration of industry data with the VNeID platform, preparing to deploy digital transcripts and digital certificates from the 2025-2026 school year, aiming to popularize digital skills for all people by 2026;...

According to Prof. Dr. Le Anh Vinh - Director of the Vietnam Institute of Educational Sciences - to truly bring sustainable results, serious investment and a long-term vision are needed. This is an overall problem that requires fundamental solutions and a roadmap.
However, in addition to infrastructure issues, Prof. Dr. Le Anh Vinh especially emphasized a key point - which is the connection and capacity of the human resources team to serve digital transformation.
Currently, almost everyone can see the importance and opportunities that digital transformation brings. However, what teachers are still concerned about here is the ability of the staff, from capacity, understanding of technology to being ready to change when technology will constantly change. If we invest in infrastructure and build smart classrooms without accompanying the capacity of teachers, it could lead to a wasteful story, shared Prof. Dr. Le Anh Vinh.
Faced with this reality, Prof. Dr. Le Anh Vinh believes that there should be specific programs to support the capacity of management staff to teachers directly implementing, and especially staff working in digital transformation in schools.
Increasing experience in the digital environment
Regarding the story of digital transformation, Prof. Dr. Le Anh Vinh also acknowledged that one of the encouraging points of the education sector is the first step in digitizing learning materials. Although it only stops at scanning documents and putting them on the system, opening them for free so that teachers and students can easily get information, prepare articles, ... but basically has increased its convenience and efficiency compared to paper versions.

Promoting initial effectiveness, Prof. Dr. Le Anh Vinh said that in the near future, the digitalization of learning materials needs to increase interaction and experience for teachers and students in the digital environment.
"When it comes to smart textbooks with integrated AI technology, learning information will be collected and supported for teaching. From here, teachers will be able to identify the difficulties of students in studying and selecting, focusing on the educational content that needs to be solved. I think this is a long-term step and the current technology is truly capable of doing it, emphasized Prof. Dr. Le Anh Vinh.
