According to the report of the city's Department of Education and Training, before that, at school dismissal time, on Friday afternoon, September 26, when getting off the stairs, student Mac Bao N (class 11) collided with student Pham Tuan A (class 10K, Phan Boi Chau High School, Nam Sach commune). When the incident occurred, the students did not report to the homeroom teacher, supervisor, security guard and school leaders.
During the 4th and 7th periods, on September 27, N went to class 10K to meet student Pham Tuan A to resolve the previous collision. The two sides agreed to meet in the western urban area when school was dissolved to resolve the incident (the students also did not report to the homeroom teacher, supervisor, security guard and school leaders). When meeting in the western urban area of Nam Sach commune, a fight broke out between student Mac Bao N and 4 students (Pham Tuan A (student of class 10K); Nguyen Xuan H (student of class 10H); Tran Van Q (student of class 10H) and Vu Pham Tung D (student of class 10H). As a result, N suffered a broken nose, a broken left side of his boat, and swelling in many places on his body, and had to be taken to Hai Duong General Hospital for emergency care.
On the morning of October 2, speaking with Lao Dong, Mr. Vu Dinh Manh - Principal of Phan Boi Chau High School said that immediately after the incident, the school had a report to the Department of Education and Training, local authorities and police.
The school held a disciplinary council meeting, disciplining 4 students who participated in beating their friends by suspending them from school for 1 week (from September 30 to October 6) to wait for the conclusion of the police.
As for student N, the school's leaders and homeroom teachers directly visited, encouraged, and grasped the situation and psychology of the students from the evening of September 27, right after the incident. On September 28, the family of 4 students who participated in the fight that injured N also went to the hospital to visit.
After that, the principal and the homeroom teacher of student N's class often called the family to update their health status. As of this morning, October 2, according to Mr. Vu Dinh Manh, the family said that N's health condition was basically stable.
Specifically, N's nose was not deviated from the bridge of her nose, so she did not need surgery, and her little finger fracture in her left hand did not require a bandage. The edged areas are no longer as painful as in the first 1-2 days. It is worth mentioning that N's spirit is also stable. The family said that N could be discharged from the hospital today or tomorrow to continue treatment at home.
The school's leaders also informed that the school will continue to coordinate with the family to grasp the situation of student N to stabilize her psychology. At the same time, coordinate with the authorities to handle the case according to regulations.
