After listening to the report, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Huy Ngoc basically agreed with the contents in the draft merger plan.
Vice Chairman of Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee requests the implementation of some key contents.
Regarding ideological work and professional activities, units need to do well in political and ideological work for cadres, lecturers, students and pupils in the transitional period.
The merger process must not disrupt or interrupt regular teaching activities; training activities must be maintained stably and continuously until the merger procedures are completed.
Regarding the rights of students, Vinh Phuc College is assigned to proactively review and develop plans to ensure the rights of learners in the transitional period, from now until the time students prepare to enroll.
The Department of Health is responsible for directing Vinh Phuc General Hospital to create conditions and support facilities suitable to the unit's capacity to serve the transition process.
Regarding data review and handover preparation, all three schools need to carefully check and compare data related to organizational structure, apparatus, facilities, finance and assets, ensuring consistency between the explanatory content and appendices.
At the same time, units must fully prepare the necessary conditions to be able to deploy immediately after the Ministry of Education and Training issues an official approval decision.
The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee noted to avoid confusion in the process of receiving and handing over the facilities and finances of Phu Tho Medical College after the merger.
Mr. Nguyen Huy Ngoc noted the merger plan, including scope, subjects, principles, organizational plan, organizational structure, leadership, departments, faculties and job positions after the merger.
The school also carefully studies the plan to establish a directly affiliated General Clinic to ensure synchronicity, efficiency and complete the report to submit to the Provincial People's Committee before August 10, 2026.
