This is the total score of many criteria, including competency assessment test scores, graduation exams, academic records, personal achievements and social activities, and physical aesthetics.
Of which, Khoi scored 1,112 points in the competency assessment exam of Ho Chi Minh City National University. The high school graduation exam score is 27.25 (including two absolute 10 scores in Math and Physics) and 7.25 in English ( converting IELTS 6.5 to 10 points).
According to Khoi, to achieve the above results, he has always maintained study discipline from the beginning. "Every time I get tired, I remind myself: I have set a goal, I have to make efforts to complete it," Khoi said.
With the concept of learning from mistakes, the male student believes that each mistake is an opportunity to review and consolidate knowledge. When practicing, Khoi not only cares about the scores but also focuses on finding weaknesses, regularly reviewing the parts that have been problematic.
To avoid overload, Khoi develops a clear study plan for each stage, balancing between consolidating theory, practicing and synthesizing knowledge. There are periods when the school schedule is busy, so I have to temporarily put some personal activities aside to prioritize the exam.
"But thanks to that, I have trained discipline and time management skills better," Khoi shared.
In parallel with studying, Khoi also focuses on maintaining health, getting enough sleep, eating scientifically, and keeping a stable mentality to maintain long-term performance.
"The important thing is not to study too much, but to study really," she emphasized.
Khoi's passion for technology originated in grade 10, when he first wrote a section of Python to solve the problem.
Khoi recalled: "At that time, I just thought of trying something new. But the feeling when the code runs successfully is really special".
From then on, he began to learn more programming languages, participate in IT clubs, technology forums and STEM contests.
"I realized that I could sit in front of a computer for hours without getting bored. That was the time when I knew I wanted to seriously pursue a degree in Computer Science," Le Minh Khoi shared.
