Accordingly, Working Group No. 1 of the National Steering Committee for the 2025 High School Graduation Exam, led by Permanent Deputy Minister of Education and Training Pham Ngoc Thuong - Head of the National Steering Committee, inspected the preparation work for the 2025 High School Graduation Exam in Ninh Binh province.
At the inspection, Permanent Deputy Minister Pham Ngoc Thuong inspected the exam scores and encouraged students at Luong Van Ty High School for the Gifted (Hoa Lu City, Ninh Binh).
Sharing at the inspection, Permanent Deputy Minister Pham Ngoc Thuong thanked the school and teachers for focusing on reviewing and consolidating knowledge for the students with a very high sense of responsibility, even though they have completed the main curriculum and are on summer vacation.
The Deputy Minister hopes that students will make the most of the time from now until the exam, continue to maximize their abilities, even though they are worried, do not stress too much. Promote the knowledge and skills they have studied regularly; the qualities and experiences have been shared and taught by teachers.
Speaking at the meeting, Permanent Deputy Minister of Education and Training Pham Ngoc Thuong emphasized: The 2025 high school graduation exam is of special significance when it is first organized under the 2018 General Education Program, and there are still about 25,000 candidates taking the exam under the 2006 Program.
The Deputy Minister requested the Ninh Binh Provincial Exam Steering Committee to thoroughly grasp the direction of the Directive and the two Prime Minister's telegrams, emphasizing the 8 groups of " keywords" throughout this year's Exam: Safe, smooth, serious, objective, thoughtful, reliable, compact, and effective.
thoroughly grasping the spirit of "4 true - 3 no" that has been implemented in recent years, the Deputy Minister requested, "4 true" is: correct in regulations and exam instructions; correct and complete procedures; correct in assigned positions, responsibilities and tasks; correct at the right time to promptly handle unusual situations and incidents. "3 no's" are: not negligent, subjective; not stressed, over pressured; not arbitrarily handling unusual situations and incidents.
Along with that are 2 enhancements: enhancing the sense of responsibility of cadres participating in organizing the exam; enhancing the self-awareness of candidates.
In the context of changes in administrative boundaries in the coming time, Permanent Deputy Minister Pham Ngoc Thuong suggested that the Department of Education and Training advise and promptly develop a scoring plan suitable to the new situation, ensuring adequate personnel, facilities, and policies in accordance with regulations - so that the exam can be implemented seriously and according to procedures.
Previously, the Provincial Party Committee and the People's Committee of Ninh Binh province issued a directive and established a Provincial Exam Steering Committee. The Department of Education and Training has developed a full plan, organized meetings for implementation, established an Examination Council, issued instructions for organizing and planning for exam inspection. Departments, branches and local authorities coordinate to ensure safe, serious and compelling conditions for organizing exams.
The facilities at the test sites are carefully prepared. Printing and transporting the exam questions is strictly organized with modern equipment and a 24/7 protection force. Preserving the test from the exam score to the exam council ensures an absolutely safe process.
In the 2025 high school graduation exam, Ninh Binh province and the whole province have 12,667 candidates registered to take the 2025 high school graduation exam, including 291 independent candidates under the 2006 General Education Program and 12,376 candidates under the General Education Program.
The province organized 25 exam locations, with 546 exam rooms, mobilizing about 2,233 cadres, teachers and staff to do the exam work.
