The Standing Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee, Le Hong Son, has just signed and issued Plan No. 269/KH-UBND dated October 1 on organizing the Ceremony to honor outstanding valedictorians of universities and academies in Hanoi in 2025.
The commendation ceremony will be solemnly held at 8:00 p.m. on Friday, November 14 at Thai Hoc Stadium, Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam Special National Monument, with the participation of about 500 delegates, including leaders of the Party, State, National Assembly, Government, ministries, branches, central organizations, UNESCO representatives in Hanoi, along with city leaders, representatives of universities, academies and excellent valedictorians in 2025.
Previously, on November 13, there will be meaningful activities such as: The ceremony to report the achievements of the Uncle Ho's offering at the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum; exchange between excellent valedictorians and outstanding students of Chu Van An High School; The ceremony to recognize the Golden Book for excellent valedictorians.
The commendation ceremony will be broadcast live on H1 channel - Hanoi Radio and Television Station, and also broadcast on radio and television in some provinces and cities to spread the spirit of studiousness and appreciation of talents of the capital Hanoi.
The City People's Committee assigned the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the city as the standing agency, responsible for organizing and coordinating with relevant units, preparing conditions for reception, logistics, and scripts; and at the same time, live-casting (livestreaming) the Commendation Ceremony on the fanpage of the Hanoi Youth Union and the Vietnam Student Association of Hanoi City.
