The Department of Training, Ministry of Public Security has just issued guidelines for additional recruitment, replacing the regular recruitment of new People's Public Security officers in 2024.
Regarding the subjects and conditions for admission, candidates must meet the conditions and have participated in the 2024 recruitment exam for the People's Public Security Forces according to each subject (high school students, discharged conscripts, students of the Cultural School, active conscripts) but have not been admitted to the People's Public Security University or College, have not been admitted or have not enrolled in schools outside the Public Security sector.
Candidates participating in the admission exam must ensure that according to the combination, assessment test code, subject, male/female gender, and admission area, they are allowed to apply to the People's Public Security academies and schools in 2024 (as stipulated in Instruction 05/1D-BCA-X02 of 2024 issued by the Ministry of Public Security on the admission of the People's Public Security in 2024). Ensure the input quality threshold according to the regulations of the Ministry of Public Security.
Application documents include:
- Certified copy of candidate's Identity Card or Citizen Identification Card.
- Certified copy of the candidate's 2024 High School Graduation Exam Results Certificate.
- Notification of admission scores to the People's Public Security issued by X02 or training institution.
- Application form for additional or replacement admission.
- Implement the admission method and admission process according to the regulations in Instruction No. 05/HD-BCA-X02 of 2024 issued by the Ministry of Public Security on the 2024 recruitment of the People's Public Security.
- Candidates can register for a maximum of 3 admission wishes, school code, and major code. The priority order for admission is respectively according to wish 1, wish 2, and wish 3. Priority is given to the major and school applying for the first time.
- In case there are no candidates who meet the admission requirements according to each method, the admission method based on the test scores will be used from high to low until the quota is filled.
The admission score is the score of the Ministry of Public Security's admission assessment test on a 100-point scale plus regional priority points, subject priority points according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, and bonus points according to the regulations of the Ministry of Public Security.
The calculation formula is as follows: DXT=BTBCA + DC*10/3, in which:
+ DXT: admission score + BTBCA: Ministry of Public Security assessment test score
+ Address: priority points for area, priority for target and bonus points.
In case the number of candidates with the same admission score exceeds the allocated quota, admission will be considered in the following order:
+ First, consider candidates with scores on the Ministry of Public Security assessment test from highest to lowest until the quota is met;
+ Second, consider candidates with multiple-choice test scores from Ministry of Public Security assessment test from highest to lowest until the quota is met.
In case the above criteria are considered but the target is still exceeded, when evaluating the scoring plan, the Department of Training will coordinate with functional units to report to the Ministry's leaders for decision.
