From July 1, 2025, 9 Vocational Education - Continuing Education Centers (VETs - GDDTX) in Lang Son province will officially be transferred from the People's Committees of districts to the Department of Education and Training (DET).
This is the main content of the new Decision issued by the People's Committee of Lang Son province, aiming to streamline the management apparatus, improve operational efficiency and ensure consistency in education and training work throughout the province.
The centers transferred to the Department of Education and Training include: TTGDNN-GDTX Cao Loc, Loc Binh, Dinh Lap, Van Quan, Bac Son, Chi Lang, Trang Dinh, Binh Gia and Van Lang.
The transfer is accompanied by renaming of centers, however, the scale of classes, teachers, staff, existing facilities and equipment will remain the same.
According to the Decision, the centers will operate in accordance with the Regulations on organization and operation issued by the Ministry of Education and Training, ensuring stability, without affecting the learning and training process in the locality.
This transfer is expected to create more favorable conditions for professional management, resource coordination and development of continuing education and vocational education in border districts and remote areas of the province.
