On June 20, according to Lao Dong, the People's Committee of Lang Son province has just issued a Decision approving the investment policy of the Long Hung Residential Area project in Long Dong commune, Bac Son district with a total investment capital of over 117 billion VND, excluding compensation and resettlement costs.
The project is expected to form a civilized and modern rural residential area with a synchronous technical infrastructure and social infrastructure system, contributing to improving the quality of life for nearly 700 local and neighboring people.
According to the decision, investors will be selected through the form of bidding for projects using land, according to the provisions of Decree 115/2024/ND-CP.
The project has a scale of 4.87 hectares, of which the new population accounts for about 608 people, the rest is the current population.
The project will be divided into 2 implementation phases. Phase 1 will deploy infrastructure on an area of about 2.3 hectares, including adjacent residential land items (from LK-01 to LK-09), green areas, technical infrastructure...
Phase 2 continues to complete the remaining items on an area of about 0.6 hectares, including public land, parking lots, residential land (LK right) ...
In total, the project provides 150 adjacent plots of land. Of which, 21 houses will be built roughly and the exterior will be completed, the rest will be sold in the form of subdivision and sale of land.
The Provincial People's Committee requests investors to coordinate with localities to protect the Long Dong Communal House relic, an architectural and artistic work on the inventory list, if it is affected during the implementation process.
The project will have an operating period of 8 years from the date of land allocation, of which 2 years are for construction, 3 years of business and 3 years of warranty.
The People's Committee of Bac Son district is assigned to preside over the organization of site clearance, develop a preliminary compensation and resettlement plan as a basis for bidding. Relevant departments and branches are responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and supervising progress, ensuring implementation in accordance with regulations.
