On the morning of September 5, Hoang Thi Loan Kindergarten (Truong Vinh Ward, Nghe An) held an opening ceremony to welcome children to school. The ceremony was attended by leaders of Hoang Thi Loan Textile Company and the People's Committee of Truong Vinh Ward.
The opening ceremony took place in a joyful and vibrant atmosphere. Students wore school uniforms, held the national flag and balloons, and enjoyed performances by teachers and students.
Ms. Do Thi Thanh Xuan - Principal of Hoang Thi Loan Kindergarten said: This year, the opening ceremony took place smoothly, with a full number of students attending the school. The whole school has 180 children, of which nearly 50% are children of officers and workers of Hoang Thi Loan Textile and Garment Company.
In this school year, in addition to caring for, raising and educating children in accordance with the direction of the Ministry of Education and Training, Hoang Thi Loan Kindergarten will focus on organizing many extracurricular activities and playgrounds to comprehensively develop children in fine motor skills, rough motor skills and especially life skills.
There will be playgrounds with the participation and support of parents. Hopefully, these activities will help children become more confident and bold, while increasing the connection between parents and schools to jointly build the best learning environment for children, Ms. Xuan shared.
It is known that Hoang Thi Loan Kindergarten is the largest school for children of workers in Nghe An. The school was invested in and built by Hoang Thi Loan Textile Company and established in 2008 to raise the children of officials and workers.
Students who are children of workers do not have to pay tuition. Teachers come to school very early to pick up the children and only return when the children have been picked up by their families, creating conditions for workers to work overtime.
Talking to reporters, the leader of Hoang Thi Loan Textile Company said that she has paid attention to, invested in, and created the best conditions for the school to care for and raise workers' children, thereby supporting workers to reduce their difficulties.
The school has an area of 2,600m2, the classrooms are upgraded and equipped by the Company according to the provisions of Circular 02 of the Ministry of Education and Training. All staff and teachers of the school are employees of the Company, receiving general benefits, with a 13th month salary.
