On the morning of September 5, teachers and students of Huong Lien Kindergarten (Phuc Trach commune, Ha Tinh province) were excited to open the new school year 2025 - 2026 in a spacious and sturdy school sponsored by the Golden Heart Social Charity Fund - Lao Dong Newspaper.
The atmosphere of the opening ceremony was bustling with the laughter of children. Students wearing uniforms, holding the brilliant national flag in their hands, enthusiastically entered the new school year with much excitement. Teachers are happy because they have good teaching conditions, students have spacious, safe and clean classrooms.
"The new teacher project is truly meaningful, helping the school organize teaching more effectively, contributing to improving the quality of education over time," said Ms. Dinh Thi Thanh Hoa - Principal of the school.
It is known that the 2-storey, 4-room school building sponsored by the Golden Heart Social and Cultural Fund is 2.8 billion VND, combined with the counterpart fund of 1.2 billion VND of the People's Committee of Huong Khe district (old) built, completed and put into use from the 2024 - 2025 school year, replacing the old level 4 classroom building.
The project started in November 2023, completed and put into use from the new school year 2024 - 2025. A year has passed, but the school is still new, with facilities to ensure the teaching and learning of teachers and students.
In addition, the Golden Heart Social and Cultural Fund also supported the construction of Huong Lien Boarding House with a total cost of 2.8 billion VND, contributing to creating housing conditions for many teachers far from home to work with peace of mind in disadvantaged areas.
