Vehicle dispatch will be flexibly allocated according to each day, each route, based on the actual situation.

The unit will propose to the Hanoi Department of Construction to issue reinforcement vehicle badges, and at the same time coordinate operation to ensure vehicles depart quickly and in accordance with regulations. At the same time, the company also prepares contingency plans, signs contracts with vehicle rental units to meet in case of sudden increase in demand or vehicles on the route not being mobilized in time due to congestion.

In addition, Hanoi Bus Station Company coordinates with Hanoi Bus Operation Center to increase the frequency of bus routes connecting the bus station, serving passengers moving into the inner city and vice versa.
