On November 17, Mr. Huynh Van Minh, Deputy Director of the Lam Dong Provincial Land Fund Development Center, said that the Bao Loc - Lien Khuong Expressway Project is over 73.6km long, with a total reclaimed area of over 582 hectares and affecting over 2,450 households and organizations.
After many inspections and working with localities, Lam Dong provincial leaders have identified site clearance as a key task for the project to be implemented on schedule.
Departments, branches and localities are directed to focus on completing assigned tasks. In particular, priority is given to building a land price list as a basis for compensation, support and resettlement for affected people.
Up to now, most communes and wards on the entire route have completed the work of building land prices, contributing to removing difficulties in site clearance and land acquisition.
According to Mr. Huynh Van Minh, the localities where the Bao Loc - Lien Khuong expressway passes through include: Ward 1 Bao Loc, Bao Lam 2 commune, Hoa Ninh, Di Linh, Bao Thuan, Gia Hiep, Ninh Gia, Duc Trong and Tan Hoi commune have completed the land price construction work.
This is an important condition for the Land Fund Development Center and Project Management Board No. 1 to speed up the progress of applying prices, listing and completing compensation payment records for people. Hiep Thanh commune alone is waiting for the valuation certificate to complete the remaining part.
Land prices are built uniformly according to regulations, making it easier to list, limiting people's concerns and speeding up payment progress.
Despite many achievements, the project's site clearance work is still difficult, many records have not found a landowner, typically in Bao Thuan, Gia Hiep and Ninh Gia.
There are currently 40 records in Di Linh with problems with boundaries, measurements and counting. Some documents related to agricultural land and forestry land in Bao Lam 2 and Gia Hiep need more time to verify to resolve them soon.
Relevant agencies are speeding up legal examination of backlogged records, focusing on applying prices, listing and paying compensation for eligible records, while removing difficulties in measurement and land origin in accordance with legal regulations.
"With the strong direction of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee and the efforts of agencies, units and localities, the site clearance work for the Bao Loc - Lien Khuong Expressway Project is achieving many positive results, ensuring clean land for construction on schedule" - Mr. Huynh Van Minh affirmed.
