Lam Dong - A truck caught in a medium-voltage power line under construction and crashed onto the Lien Khuong - Prenn Expressway, causing traffic disruption.

On the evening of December 25, Lam Dong provincial authorities coordinated with the Lien Khuong - Prenn expressway operator to handle the incident of a medium-voltage power line broken and plowing onto the road.

Initial information said that at around 7pm the same day, while pulling a medium-voltage power line across the highway through Hiep Thanh Commune (Lam Dong Province), the power line got stuck in a truck traveling below, causing the line to break and fall onto the road.

To ensure safety, the Traffic Police force coordinated with the expressway management unit and relevant agencies to organize traffic regulation, and promptly fixed the incident.

Traffic work on the Lien Khuong - Prenn expressway was interrupted, vehicles were congested in both directions for about 1km. At around 8:30 p.m., the incident was resolved and the expressway was reopened to traffic, ensuring safety for vehicles.

The Lien Khuong - Prenn Expressway is 19km long, connecting National Highway 20 from Duc Trong Commune to the foot of Prenn Pass (Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat).
