According to information from the Hanoi Department of Construction, from February 10 to March 31, this unit organizes temporary traffic diversion for vehicles traveling through the underpass and the intersection area of Giai Phong - Kim Dong - Ring Road 2.5. The diversion is to serve the project of investing in building an underpass at the intersection between Ring Road 2.5 and Giai Phong road and the project of building Ring Road 2.5 section Dam Hong - National Highway 1A.
Vehicles are allowed to circulate in both directions under the Kim Dong - Giai Phong underpass in the direction from Kim Dong street to Dinh Cong urban area and vice versa.
Prohibit rudimentary vehicles, pedestrians and vehicles with a height of over 4.75m from passing through the underpass. Pedestrians and vehicles that do not meet the conditions for traffic in the underpass move on the intersection surface according to the system of signs, road markings and traffic lights.
In the central area of Kim Dong - Giai Phong intersection, vehicles traveling on Giai Phong street in the direction of Nga Tu Vong can go straight through the intersection; turn around at the center of the intersection to go to Giap Bat Bus Station or turn right into Kim Dong street.
Vehicles traveling on Giai Phong street in the direction of Giap Bat Bus Station are allowed to go straight through the intersection; turn around at the center of the intersection and at two median strip opening points on Giai Phong street to turn left into Kim Dong street.
At the median strip opening points on Giai Phong street, cars are prohibited from turning around during peak hours in the direction of Giap Bat Bus Station and cars are prohibited from turning around in the direction of entering the city center.
Vehicles traveling on Kim Dong street are allowed to turn left to Giap Bat Bus Station and turn right to Nga Tu Vong overpass according to the guidance of the traffic sign system and traffic lights.
For the temporary traffic organization plan on Ring Road 2.5 (Dam Hong - National Highway 1A section), vehicles traveling on the section from alley 192 Le Trong Tan to Kim Dong - Giai Phong underpass are organized to go straight one way to the underpass and in the opposite direction.
Vehicles from the Kim Dong - Giai Phong underpass direction who need to turn back towards alley 192 Le Trong Tan go straight and turn back at four median strip opening points on Ring Road 2.5.
