At the section Km249+932Km249+968 (left of the route), the roadbed is about 36m long, 6m deep; the road surface has sunk about 30cm, at risk of expanding.
The Provincial People's Committee requested the immediate implementation of emergency measures to ensure traffic safety and limit damage to property and people's lives.
