On September 6, the Lam Dong Provincial Traffic Project Management Board said that the DT.719B coastal axis road project, Phan Thiet - Ke Ga section (25.61 km long), has completed 80% of the volume.
Of which, 17.8 km from National Highway 1A to Suoi Nhum Bridge has been exploited, while 3.88 km of the titanium mine of Tan Quang Cuong Company Limited has not yet handed over the site.

The DT.719B road project, Hon Lan - Tan Hai section (8.7 km of main route and 1.7 km of branch route) has only reached 32% of the volume. Although more than 90% of the site has been cleared, the construction is slow mainly due to a lack of sand for the roadbed.
The Van Thanh Bridge project has been extended until December 2025. Currently, the volume has reached 54% but the new disbursement is more than 10.6 billion VND (10% of the plan). The main reason is the slow site clearance work, causing the progress to not meet requirements.

Given the progress of 3 key transport projects in the Southeast of Lam Dong province, Mr. Nguyen Hong Hai - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assessed that the projects still have many problems due to both subjective and objective reasons.
Mr. Hai requested the Provincial Traffic Project Management Board to change the management method, strengthen contractor urging, immediately handle the problems, not to let the existing and existing site conditions continue to be sluggish.

Directing the removal of obstacles for each project, for the DT.719B road project, Phan Thiet - Ke Ga section, Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee requested Tan Quang Cuong Company to complete the procedures to close the mine in area 1.4 and submit to the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment before September 10, 2025 to hand over the site.
In areas 2-3, units must focus on construction to ensure progress. Tan Thanh Commune People's Committee and the Land Fund Development Center must complete the compensation dossier in October 2025.

For DT.719B road section Hon Lan - Tan Hai, the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee requested to speed up site clearance, disburse all allocated capital, and assigned the provincial Department of Agriculture and Environment to complete mineral recovery procedures in October 2025.
For Van Thanh Bridge, the Project Management Board must closely coordinate with local authorities to receive the handover of the site and implement it as soon as possible, ensuring completion in October 2025.
