The completed projects will contribute to serving travel, goods transportation, connecting production areas and improving socio-economic development conditions at the grassroots level.
The Provincial People's Committee requests communes assigned capital to manage, use and finalize funds in accordance with regulations; deploy promptly, effectively, and for the right purpose, without allowing losses, waste, or negativity to occur.
The Department of Construction is assigned to guide localities in implementing the project, inspecting and supervising the implementation process. The Department of Finance and the State Treasury of Region VI guide and inspect the use, payment and finalization of funds according to regulations.
The rural transport development project of Lang Son province for the period 2026-2030 was approved by the Provincial People's Council at the end of 2025.
The capital supplement in 2026 is a step to concretize the goal of completing rural transport infrastructure, creating motivation for development for remote and isolated communes.
