According to initial information, at about 6:35 a.m. on June 4, at Km 31+900 National Highway 4A, passing through Dong Phong village, Bac Hung commune, Van Lang district, a tractor trailer with license plate 15E-012.82 pulling a semi-trailer 15RM-028.75 driven by Mr. Pham Van Thu (born in 1991, residing in Yen Khanh, Ninh Binh) in the direction of Lang Son - Cao Bang collided with truck 37H-078.88 driven by Mr. Dinh Van Chinh 8:85, residing in Quynh Luu district, Nghe An) traveling in the opposite direction.
After the collision, the two vehicles continued to crash into motorbike 29L1-200.96 driven by Mr. Chu Van Canh (1982, residing in Bac Viet commune, Van Lang district), which was stopped on the right side in the direction of Cao Bang - Lang Son.
The consequences of the accident caused Mr. Canh to be seriously injured and taken to the emergency room. The front of the two cars was damaged, the motorbike was slightly damaged.
