The victim was Mr. K'Van (25 years old, residing in village 15 Loc Thanh, Bao Lam 3 commune, Lam Dong province).
Initial information, at around 8:45 p.m. on September 8, Mr. K'Van was driving a motorbike on Provincial Road 725 in the direction from Bao Lam 1 Commune to National Highway 20. When reaching the section of km 11+400 in Bao Lam 1 commune, the motorbike slipped and fell onto the road.
At this time, a car with a Lam Dong province license plate driven by Bui Hoang A (23 years old, residing in Bao Lam 1 commune) was traveling on Provincial Road 725 from National Highway 20 to Bao Lam 1 commune and could not handle the hit. As a result, Mr. K'Van died on the spot. At the time of the traffic accident, it was raining heavily, so the road was slippery.
