On May 30, Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Trong Dong signed and issued Decision No. 2720/QD-UBND of the City People's Committee on adjusting and supplementing the 2025 land use plan in Dong Anh district.

The decision to adjust and supplement 38 project works with a total land use area of about 477.82ha.

In which, there are 14 works and adjustment projects with a total area of ​​nearly 87ha, including: Construction of technical infrastructure of A1 land use rights auction area, in Tien Duong commune, investing in construction and expansion of Bac Hong Primary School, Van Noi High School, Co Loa High School; building roads outside the fence connecting Bac Thang Long Industrial Park (route 2); building temple of King Ngo Quyen at Thanh Loa Thanh relic area; Component project 1.1: Compensation, support and resettlement to conduct ground clearance in Dong Anh district of the investment project to build Thuong Cat Bridge and the two -end road; Investing in building regional levels (N7-11) from 23B road to Vo Nguyen Giap Street ...

Thuong Cat bridge project (component 2, excluding site clearance) has the total length of the bridge and the two ends of the bridge is 5,226km, of which the main bridge length is 780m; Bridge leading north of Liem and Dong Anh is 3,125km long; The two ends of the bridge is 1,321km long; The total estimated investment is more than VND 7,300 billion.

Thuong Cat Bridge is designed with 8 lanes (6 lanes for motor vehicles and 2 rudimentary lanes), the width of the main bridge is 35m, the approach bridge is 31m; the southern approach road has a typical cross-section of 60m, (6 lanes for motor vehicles, 2 rudimentary lanes on the main route, and 2 parallel roads). The North approach road has a typical cross-section of 50m (4 lanes for motor vehicles, 2 parallel roads).

According to the plan, the location was approved by the Hanoi People's Committee, the first point of the project is located at the intersection with Ky Vu Street, Thuong Cat Ward, Bac Tu Liem District. The end point is located at the intersection with 23B street, in Dai Mach commune, Dong Anh district.
