On the morning of December 14, the Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Department of Quang Ngai Province Police said that at 7:42 p.m. on December 13, the unit received a report of a traffic accident between a truck with license plate 89H-005.xx traveling on the road and colliding with the rear of a semi-trailer of a container truck with license plate 51D-602.xx, at the intersection of the highway access road to National Highway 1, in Tu Nghia Commune, Quang Ngai Province.
Immediately after receiving the news, the Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Department dispatched 1 rescue vehicle, 1 fire truck, 12 officers, soldiers and specialized vehicles to the scene.
Here, the authorities deployed a formation, using hydraulic cutting boards to break the car door, successfully rescuing the truck driver trapped inside the cabin. After that, the victim was taken out and handed over to the medical force for timely emergency transfer.
The case is being investigated and clarified by the police.
