The traffic accident occurred at around 2:25 a.m. on November 28, at Km12+600 Ho Chi Minh road (through village 8, Nhan Co commune, Lam Dong province).
According to initial information, at that time, the passenger bus with license plate 50F-008.34 driven by driver Cu Ngoc Loi (45 years old, residing in Buon Ma Thuot ward, Dak Lak province) was traveling on Ho Chi Minh road in the direction of Dong Nai - Dak Lak.
When arriving at the above location, the passenger bus collided with a car with license plate 48A-128.xx driven by Pham Hoang Quang (44 years old, residing in Quang Son commune, Lam Dong province) traveling in the opposite direction. In the car, there were 2 people traveling with him, Mr. D.X (31 years old) and Mr. Kh.A.T (37 years old), both residing in Tuy Duc commune, Lam Dong.
The strong collision caused the car to be crushed and completely deformed. As a result, Mr. D.X and Mr. Kh.A.T died on the spot; Mr. Quang was injured and taken to Dak Nong Provincial Hospital for emergency treatment.
After the accident, Lam Dong provincial authorities were present to regulate traffic; at the same time, they examined the scene to serve the investigation and clarify the cause of the accident.
