    Initial information, the accident occurred this afternoon at Km63 through Yen Lam commune (Ham Yen district).

    At that time, a passenger car with license plate 23B-003.xx traveling in the direction of Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang collided head-on with a tractor-trailer with license plate 23E-002.xx traveling in the opposite direction.

    The accident caused damage to the front of both vehicles, broken windows, and no casualties.

    The authorities were present at the scene to direct traffic and investigate the cause for handling according to regulations.
