News from the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (VFF) of Da Nang City on October 9 said: During the days from October 8 to 11, the working delegation led by Mr. Le Tri Thanh - Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the City - visited and presented funds to support people in 5 provinces that suffered heavy damage caused by storm No. 10 (Bualoi).
The delegation visited and encouraged Party committees, authorities, and the Vietnam Fatherland Front in 5 provinces, including: Quang Tri, Ha Tinh, Nghe An, Thanh Hoa and Ninh Binh.
The delegation presented 6 billion VND from the Party Committee, government and people of Da Nang city to support people in provinces heavily affected by storm No. 10 (Bualoi).
Of which, support for Quang Tri, Ha Tinh, Nghe An, Ninh Binh provinces each is 1 billion VND; Thanh Hoa province is 2 billion VND (locality is linked to Da Nang city, which suffered heavy damage). The budget is drawn from the budget of Da Nang city.
This is an activity in response to the call of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; demonstrating the spirit of solidarity, sharing difficulties, and joining hands with localities to urgently overcome the damage caused by storm No. 10, contributing to stabilizing people's lives soon.
