Specifically, on January 13, Nam Sach Commune Police coordinated with Market Management Team No. 10 of Hai Phong Market Management Sub-Department to conduct a surprise inspection of a number of grocery business households (mini supermarkets) in the area.
Through inspection, the inter-sectoral force discovered that the business household of Ms. N.T.T.H (born in 1972, residing in La Van Cau village) and the business household of Mr. T.D.S (born in 1976, residing in Nam Khe village) had violations: trading in food that did not ensure safety conditions during storage, violating food safety regulations; not listing goods prices in accordance with the law.
The above acts violate point b, clause 2, Article 14 of Decree No. 115/2018/ND-CP of the Government on sanctioning administrative violations in the field of food safety and point a, clause 4, Article 13 of Decree No. 87/2024/ND-CP of the Government on sanctioning administrative violations in the field of prices. Therefore, the inter-sectoral force has administratively fined each business household 2.75 million VND. At the same time, requesting households to seriously comply with the provisions of law, immediately overcome existing problems, ensure food safety and implement public and transparent price listing.
