Foreign investors have proposed implementing a series of investment projects in Quang Ninh, including 7 projects with very large investment capital.
These are 2 wind power projects proposed by B.Grimm Power Company (Thailand), with a total investment of nearly VND 4,100 billion; the Cua Luc Bay road tunnel project (about VND 10,000 billion) and the urban development project in the northern area of Cua Luc Bay proposed by Pacific Construction Group Limited; the Biomass Power Plant project and the green economic investment model, circular economy, carbon credit development proposed by Greenlink Da Nang Company and YNC Company (Korea); the Multi-functional complex project including many forms of entertainment, sports, music performances..., with an investment capital of nearly 2 billion USD proposed by VIN GRP Company Limited...
Currently, departments and branches of Quang Ninh province are actively supporting and guiding investors to complete the documents of 7 FDI capital projects for early implementation.

Quang Ninh province will also continue to review and remove difficulties, attracting other FDI projects. In particular, solutions will be researched and implemented to simplify the settlement of administrative procedures in the fields of investment, land, construction, environment, etc., serving businesses.
In particular, reviewing and transferring a number of procedures of departments and branches, adding them to the functions and tasks of the Quang Ninh Economic Zone Management Board to form a common focal point in the work of reforming administrative procedures, supporting and attracting FDI enterprises and enterprises to invest in industrial parks.
At the same time, focus on completing site clearance, creating clean land funds in economic zones, industrial parks, industrial clusters, attracting investment, and filling industrial parks. In the fourth quarter of 2025, Quang Ninh province strives to hand over 260 hectares of clean land to industrial park investors to invest in technical infrastructure, including: 200 hectares for Bac Tien Phong Industrial Park, 60 hectares for Hai Ha Industrial Park; resolving site clearance procedures for Song Khoai Industrial Park.
