On January 21, based on the proposal of the Department of Finance, Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee considered and agreed on the policy of receiving 16 houses and land managed by Gia Lai Provincial Social Insurance to hand over to the locality for continued management and handling in accordance with the law.
Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the People's Committees of communes and wards including: Quy Nhon, Tuy Phuoc, Dak Po, Phu Thien, Ia Pa, Chu Prong, Chu Puh, Dak Doa, Mang Yang, Ia Grai, Kbang, Kong Chro, Phu Tuc and Thong Nhat to preside over and closely coordinate with Gia Lai Provincial Social Insurance to organize the handover and receipt of houses and land facilities.
The Provincial People's Committee requests communes and wards after receiving to be responsible for directly managing, preserving and protecting the original state of assets while waiting for competent authorities to consider and decide on the next handling plan.
Management must be carried out strictly, avoiding encroachment, degradation, loss or misuse.
Along with that, Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee also assigned relevant communes and wards to receive an additional 36 houses and land facilities currently under the management of Gia Lai Provincial Tax Department for local management.
These facilities will be reviewed, processed, and rearranged in accordance with the law on management and use of public assets, ensuring effective, economical use and in accordance with planning and socio-economic development needs in the locality.
