Binh Duong Provincial Electronic Information Portal reported that on November 29, Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee held the 39th Provincial Party Executive Committee Conference, term XI, term 2020-2025 (expanded).
At the conference, Mr. Pham Van Hien - Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office approved the draft Resolution of the 39th Provincial Party Executive Committee Conference (expanded) term XI on directions and tasks for 2025.
2025 is the last year of the term, so the entire political system, business community and people must strive to make efforts. Determined to strive and carry out well the 400-day emulation movement to welcome the 12th Provincial Party Congress and major holidays in 2025.
The Provincial Party Committee agreed not to adjust the targets for 2024, requiring sectors and levels to urgently develop plans to implement key solutions, striving to complete the targets and tasks for 2025.
In particular, focus on implementing breakthroughs in important tasks. That is, breakthroughs in investing in regional transport infrastructure systems; mobilizing all resources to invest in developing industry, urban areas, services, culture, health care, education, physical education and sports;
Make a breakthrough in organizing the implementation of assigned tasks, contributing to the successful completion of the targets for 2025 and the entire 2020-2025 term, while focusing on preparing and successfully organizing Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term towards the 14th National Congress of the Party;
Focus on building high-quality human resources, especially in priority and emerging industries and fields, developing science and technology, innovation, digital transformation, green economy, digital economy, circular economy, associated with ensuring security and safety.
Cultural and social development is closely and harmoniously linked with socio-economic development, ensuring social security and improving people's lives.
Further promote the reduction of administrative procedures, improve the investment and business environment, remove difficulties for enterprises; increase budget collection and save expenditure; decentralize and delegate power substantially and in accordance with regulations.
Continue to improve and reorganize the apparatus to be streamlined, effective and efficient; tighten discipline and order, promote the responsibility of leaders; resolutely and persistently fight against corruption, negativity and waste; improve the effectiveness of mass mobilization work, urban beautification, create social consensus; promote foreign affairs and international integration.
Binh Duong accelerates development in 2025
To achieve the set tasks, the Conference focused on analyzing the achieved and unachieved targets in economic development for the 2020-2025 term; the main causes and solutions to be implemented in 2025.
Delegates proposed solutions to accelerate the disbursement of public investment capital in the implementation of key transport projects. In 2025, Binh Duong will accelerate the construction of major projects such as: the project to upgrade and expand National Highway 13, the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 project through Binh Duong, the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4 project through Binh Duong, the Ho Chi Minh City - Thu Dau Mot - Chon Thanh Expressway and the Ho Chi Minh Road project through Binh Duong. When the above projects are completed, they will create a relatively complete connection connecting localities of Binh Duong with provinces in the Southeast region. Thereby creating momentum for Binh Duong to accelerate socio-economic development.
In addition to focusing on implementing the above projects, in 2025, the province will continue to research investment and construction of the Bau Bang-Di An railway line.
