Binh Thuan identifies industry as one of the three economic pillars, especially prioritizing the development of renewable energy, processing industry, along with investment in infrastructure of industrial parks and clusters. From Phan Thiet Industrial Park (68 hectares, since 1998), the province has planned 9 industrial parks with about 3,000 hectares. Of which, 7 IPs are being implemented with more than 500 hectares of clean land, ready to welcome investors.
Strongly developing transport infrastructure such as Dau Giay - Phan Thiet - Vinh Hao Expressway, Vinh Tan International Port and Phan Thiet Airport are under construction, helping to connect the area conveniently and increase investment attraction.

At the conference, the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board shared information about potential, planning, preferential policies, and investment procedures. Associations and businesses discussed trends, opportunities and difficulties when investing in Binh Thuan.
According to Ms. Tran Thi Hai Yen - Director of the Southern Investment Promotion, Information and Support Center, Binh Thuan is showing many positive signals in attracting investment, especially thanks to the orientation of clean energy, processing, high-tech industries... The province needs to strengthen regional linkages, build brands and prepare well in terms of planning, human resources, and infrastructure to welcome strategic investors.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Do Huu Huy also invited domestic and foreign enterprises to invest in Binh Thuan - a land that is changing strongly and opening up to welcome new investment capital flows.
With the desire to develop and the spirit of openness, the provincial leaders are committed to accompanying and creating the most favorable conditions for procedures, infrastructure, land funds, human resources, etc. so that investors can confidently deploy and develop sustainably.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Industrial Park Management Board to be the unit to support, guide, and quickly resolve procedures, creating a transparent and effective investment environment. The goal is to fill over 60% of the industrial park area by 2026.
According to the plan, by 2030, Binh Thuan will have 16 industrial parks (7,945 ha) and 1 coastal economic zone (27,000 ha). The province is studying and adding about 3,440 hectares of new industrial parks to form an industrial chain from Duc Linh to Tanh Linh, Ham Tan, exploiting the advantage of being near major economic centers and key ports.
