From September 1, Decree No. 205/2025/ND-CP amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 111/2015/ND-CP on supporting industry development will take effect with many preferential and support policies for organizations and individuals.
Accordingly, organizations and individuals can be supported with a maximum of 50% of the cost of investing in machinery and equipment, sample products, designs, software, training, hiring consultants, inventions, transferring intellectual property rights, industrial property, and testing results for research and application cooperation projects and technology transfer between enterprises and science and technology organizations.
Support up to 70% of the cost of implementing activities and tasks to improve the quality and quantity of experts and consulting units in the field of technology application and transfer.
Decree 205 also has a policy to support the training of human resources in supporting industries. Accordingly, students with excellent academic results, lecturers, researchers, experts, managers, technicians, and technical workers are supported with training and development funds at home and abroad on technical and technological skills for the production of supporting industrial products.
In addition, investment projects to develop supporting industrial parks also receive many preferential policies and support on environmental protection, project implementation legality and testing, inspection, appraisal, and product quality certification.
