According to information from the Tax Department, on the morning of August 18, the Tax Department will officially launch an Information Portal to support individuals, business households and businesses, to accompany the business community in sustainable development, limiting errors in tax obligations in the context of increasingly developing the digital economy and increasingly diverse business models.
According to the Tax Department, the business activities of individuals and business households are no longer limited to traditional forms such as stores or fixed locations. To meet the changes and modernize management, the tax authority has coordinated with MISA Joint Stock Company to build a Support Information Portal, ensuring taxpayers can access complete, accurate, easy and quick information.
The portal aims to help individuals, business households and businesses grasp tax regulations, receive support and guidance on properly fulfilling their obligations. This is expected to be a quick information lookup tool, minimizing errors, contributing to improving transparency and accuracy in tax collection.
The content on the Portal is directly compiled by the tax authority, ensuring accuracy and is presented vividly and easily understood through short articles and videos. In particular, the system also integrates chatbot to help AI consultants do business, helping users access useful knowledge and improve sales efficiency.
The Tax Department said that the completion of the Portal received close coordination between MISA and professional units, and at the same time received opinions from local practices. This agency expects the Portal to become a powerful tool, helping taxpayers fulfill their obligations smoothly, minimizing errors, improving transparency in tax transactions and contributing to promoting the sustainable development of the Vietnamese economy.
