Accordingly, for the first time as a judge at the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival, the second time attending the opening ceremony of the Da Nang Asian Film Festival 2025.
However, according to Ambassador Ito Naoki, the most important visit is the Vietnam - Japan Festival in Da Nang, which will be held for the 10th time in 2025.
Ambassador Ito Naoki also cited that Da Nang City Party Secretary Nguyen Van Quang has set the goal of "developing Da Nang City into a cultural and artistic center of the North Central and Central Coast regions".
The Ambassador believes that the Vietnam - Japan Festival jointly organized by Da Nang City will contribute to the city's development.
According to Ambassador Ito Naoki, this year, the number of businesses, local governments and related organizations from Japan attending is larger than in previous years.
In addition, the Osaka - Da Nang route of Vietnam Airlines has recently been reconnected. Ambassador Ito Naoki hopes that this will be an opportunity to promote exchanges between Japanese people and Da Nang City.
"Many Japanese enterprises have been investing in Da Nang City with nearly 300 projects, with an investment capital of more than 1.2 billion USD.
With the establishment of the Free Trade Zone, investment in Da Nang will be promoted and Da Nang's economy will develop further in the coming time. I believe and hope that the new Da Nang City, after being merged with Quang Nam province, will develop strongly" - Ambassador Ito Naoki said.
