At a time when there was a lot of information about Mailisa selling cosmetics imported from China and bringing in a large source of income, this system suddenly made a remarkable move.

According to Lao Dong, on the afternoon of November 17, the official website of Mailisa Beauty salon suddenly "frozen". When accessing the address https://mailisa.com/, there is only a black screen with the words "MAILISA XIN KINS", no more information or product images.

Previously, in the morning of the same day, the website also only had product images with short advertisements: Doctor Magic cosmetics is a product line imported - officially distributed by Mailisa, with a cosmetic declaration form issued by the Drug Administration - Ministry of Health... When clicking on the product to continue reading the introduction, it was not possible to access or continue viewing.

This move took place just a few days after Ms. Phan Thi Mai - Owner of the Mailisa system - spoke up to confirm that all Doctor Magic cosmetics distributed by Mailisa are not counterfeit, nor are they mixed ice cream, but are officially imported products and are fully tested according to regulations.

In a statement on November 11, Ms. Mai said that all Doctor Magic products have a legal cosmetic declaration form issued by the Department of Drug Administration - Ministry of Health. Each shipment when imported is sent to testing units such as the Quality Measurement Technical Center 3 (Quatest 3) and Viet Tin Analysis - Testing Company; the results between 2-3 testing rooms are compared to ensure transparency.

According to Ms. Mai, the testing includes assessing the content of heavy metals such as mercury, lead, asen, etc., along with microbiological testing to ensure that the product is bacteria-free, free of mold or harmful agents, and safe for all skin types, including sensitive skin. In case the results do not meet the requirements, Mailisa will return the entire shipment to the foreign partner in accordance with the contract to ensure the safety and rights of customers.

The sudden change of the website Mailisa comes at a time when public opinion is paying strong attention to the news that this brand sells cosmetics originating from China and brings in a large source of revenue.

Mailisa Cosmetic System was established in 1998, under Mailisa Trading and Service One Member Co., Ltd. in Hanoi, represented by Mr. Hoang Kim Khanh. In Ho Chi Minh City, Ms. Phan Thi Mai is the owner of Mai Li Sa Company Limited, established in 2007 and headquartered at 86-88-92 Huynh Van Banh.

In addition to cosmetic services, cosmetic sales bring in a large source of revenue for this chain. Mailisa regularly livestreams to sell products on Facebook and TikTok, in which Ms. Phan Thi Mai directly introduces the product, attracting a large number of viewers. All products from moisturizer, melasma treatment, cleanser, sunscreen, exfoliation, cleaning solutions to masks are under the Doctor Magic brand.

According to research, Doctor Magic is imported and distributed through MK SKINCARE Import-Export Production, Trade and Service Company Limited. Data from the National Business Registration Portal shows that MK SKINCARE was founded by Mr. Hoang Kim Khanh (born in 1985) - Mrs. Mai's husband - on September 20, 2017 in Ho Chi Minh City.

The unit responsible for Doctor Magic products is HongKong Maika Beauty Biotechnology Limited, headquartered in Hong Kong (China). The information on the product packaging shows that the manufacturing unit is Guangzhou YRM Biotechnology Co., Ltd, headquartered in Guangzhou ( Guangdong, China).

In a video posted on TikTok with many views, Ms. Mai said that the system's products "sold very well, sold in containers". She also explained that many high-priced products are due to the cost of premises, celebrity advertising, and the 5070% discount for agents added to the selling price.
