On July 22, the People's Committee of Gia Lai province signed a Decision approving the investment policy of the CK54 Urban Area Project in Pleiku ward.
The project has a scale of nearly 202 hectares, with a total estimated investment of over VND 17,200 billion. The goal of the project is to form an ecological, modern urban area, model of living space.
The project will also create public spaces and urban services to serve people and tourists, aiming to attract tourism and develop health care. Accordingly, it is expected to build 60 single villas, 826 double villas, 84 golf course villas, 598 townhouses and social housing, along with commercial - service, resort tourism amenities such as: hotels, restaurants, exhibition center, shopping village, golf course...
After having a decision on land allocation and land lease from the competent authority, the project will be implemented within 60 months and divided into 2 phases. In phase 2, the project will complete the rough construction and frontage of commercial houses, along with commercial - service works.
For the golf course item, the investor must complete the construction within no more than 36 months from the date of the land lease decision.
The CK54 Urban Area Project was surveyed by Gia Lai Provincial Party Secretary and Mr. Ho Quoc Dung and directed to speed up the progress to attract investment, meeting the requirements of socio-economic growth.
