World oil price today
World oil prices increased sharply in the first trading session of the week. At 10:41 (Vietnam time), WTI crude oil price was at 69.56 USD/barrel, up 1.01 USD/barrel, equivalent to an increase of 1.73%. WTI oil closed the previous trading session at 58.55 USD/barrel and opened today's session at 59.37 USD/barrel.
Brent oil was at 63.35 USD/barrel, up 0.96 USD/barrel, equivalent to an increase of 1.54%. Brent oil closed the previous trading session at 62.38 USD/barrel and opened today's session at 63.01 USD/barrel.
Domestic gasoline prices today
On December 1, retail gasoline prices according to the price list announced by Petrolimex in regions 1 and 2 are as follows:
The above domestic retail price of gasoline and oil was adjusted by the Ministry of Industry and Trade - Ministry of Finance from 3:00 p.m. on November 27.
Accordingly, gasoline prices have decreased simultaneously. E5RON92 gasoline price decreased by VND 519/liter, RON95-III gasoline decreased by VND 533/liter, diesel decreased by VND 1,026/liter, kerosene decreased by VND 815/liter and mazut decreased by VND 251/kg.
Today's gasoline discounts
The discount levels of gasoline products today, December 1, at some domestic gasoline trading enterprises are as follows:
- Hoang Trong General Trading Company Limited:
+ Hai Linh warehouse, Hai Phong: Diesel 0.05S - II: 1,200 VND/liter; RON 95 - III gasoline: 900 VND/liter.
+ Bac Ninh warehouse: Diesel 0.05S - II: 1,050 VND/liter; RON 95 - III gasoline: 750 VND/liter.
+ Nghi Son warehouse: Diesel 0.05S - II: 1,250 VND/liter; RON 95 - III gasoline: 900 VND/liter.
- Tu Luc Petroleum Joint Stock Company 1:
+ Diesel 0.05S - II: 1,200 VND/liter;
+ Diesel 0.001S-V: 1,100 VND/liter;
+ RON 95 - III gasoline: 900 VND/liter;
+ E5 gasoline: 900 VND/liter.
- MIPEC Petro Petroleum Trading Company Limited (applicable to the Northern region):
+ RON 95 - III gasoline: 950 VND/liter.
+ Diesel 0.05S-II: 800 VND/liter.
+ Diesel 0.05S: 1,000 VND/liter.
Forecast of domestic gasoline prices in the coming period
According to a representative of a petroleum business, domestic petroleum prices will fluctuate according to the world petroleum situation. According to current market developments, it is forecasted that in the next price management period, retail prices of gasoline may have a negative adjustment in the direction of increasing gasoline prices and decreasing oil prices.
In particular, the price of RON 95 - III gasoline is forecast to increase by about 440 VND/liter; E5 RON 92 - II gasoline increases by about 420 VND/liter; Diesel oil decreases by about 320 VND/liter.
