World oil price today
World oil prices are recording a sharp decline. At the end of yesterday's trading session (September 29), WTI and Brent oil prices decreased by 3.45% and 3.54%, respectively.
By this morning's session, both oil products continued to decline. At 10:12, WTI crude oil prices were at 63.00 USD/barrel, down 0.45 USD/barrel, equivalent to a decrease of 0.71%. WTI oil closed the previous trading session at 63.45 USD/barrel and opened today's session at 63.13 USD/barrel.
Brent oil was at 66.59 USD/barrel, down 0.50 USD/barrel, equivalent to a decrease of 0.76%. Brent oil closed the previous trading session at 67.09 USD/barrel and opened today's session at 67.79 USD/barrel.
Domestic gasoline prices today
On September 30, retail gasoline prices according to the price list announced by Petrolimex in regions 1 and 2 are as follows:
The above domestic retail price of gasoline and oil was adjusted by the Ministry of Industry and Trade - Ministry of Finance from 3:00 p.m. on September 25.
Accordingly, gasoline prices have decreased simultaneously. E5RON92 gasoline price decreased by 368 VND/liter, RON95-III gasoline decreased by 443 VND/liter, diesel decreased by 47 VND/liter, kerosene increased by 84 VND/liter and mazut increased by 79 VND/kg.

The discount levels of gasoline products today, September 30 at some domestic gasoline trading enterprises are as follows:
Hoang Trong General Trading Company Limited: Hai Linh warehouse, Hai Phong: Diesel 0.05S - II: 1,100 VND/liter; RON 95 - III gasoline: 1,000 VND/liter; Bac Ninh warehouse: Diesel 0.05S - II: 950 VND/liter; RON 95 - III gasoline: 850; Nghi Son warehouse: Diesel 0.05S - II: 1,150 VND/liter, RON 95 - III gasoline: 1,100 VND/liter.
Tu Luc Petroleum: Diesel discount 0.05S-II: 1,100 VND/liter; Diesel 0.001S-V: 1,000; RON 95 - III gasoline: 1,050 VND/liter; E5 gasoline: 1,050 VND/liter.

Forecast of domestic gasoline prices in the coming period
According to a representative of a petroleum business, domestic petroleum prices will fluctuate according to the world petroleum situation. According to current market developments, it is forecasted that in the next price adjustment period, retail prices of gasoline may increase simultaneously.
In particular, the price of RON 95 - III gasoline is forecast to increase by about 150-250 VND/liter; E5 RON 92 - II gasoline increases by about 150-250 VND/liter; Diesel increases by about 450-550 VND/liter.
