World oil price today
After a series of strong fluctuations, world oil prices were stable in yesterday's trading session (October 30). At the end of the session on October 30, Brent and WTI oil prices increased slightly by 0.1%.
By this morning's session, both oil products had turned to decrease sharply. At 12:33, WTI crude oil prices were at 60.10 USD/barrel, down 0.47 USD/barrel, equivalent to a decrease of 0.78%. WTI oil closed the previous trading session at 60.57 USD/barrel and opened today's session at 60.28 USD/barrel.
Brent oil was at 63.89 USD/barrel, down 0.48 USD/barrel, equivalent to a decrease of 0.75%. Brent oil closed the previous trading session at 64.37 USD/barrel and opened today's session at 64.06 USD/barrel.
According to analysts, world oil prices remained stable in the trading session on Thursday, after US President Donald Trump decided to lower tariffs on Chinese goods after meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping in South Korea.
The US Federal Reserve (Fed) has just decided to cut the basic interest rate by 0.25 percentage points, a move that the market predicted. Analysts say low interest rates help reduce consumer loan costs, thereby stimulating growth and energy demand.
Domestic gasoline prices today
On October 31, retail gasoline prices according to the price list announced by Petrolimex in regions 1 and 2 are as follows:

The above domestic retail price of gasoline and oil was adjusted by the Ministry of Industry and Trade - Ministry of Finance from 3:00 p.m. on October 23.
Accordingly, gasoline prices have increased simultaneously. Specifically, E5RON92 gasoline price increased by VND 710/liter, RON95-III gasoline increased by VND 762/liter, diesel increased by VND 1,318/liter, kerosene increased by VND 1,156/liter and mazut increased by VND 541/kg.

Forecast of domestic gasoline prices in the coming period
According to a representative of a petroleum business, domestic petroleum prices will fluctuate according to the world petroleum situation. According to current market developments, it is forecasted that in the next price adjustment period, retail prices of gasoline may decrease.
