According to the announcement of Nam Ha Tinh Irrigation One Member Co., Ltd., the lake water level at 2:00 p.m. on October 31 reached +31.88m, along with the weather forecast for continued heavy rain, so from 5:00 p.m. the same day, the unit will increase the overflow flow by 350m3/s - 800m3/s depending on weather developments.
Therefore, the Company informed the authorities and people in the downstream area to proactively respond to ensure the safety of people and property.

Earlier, on the same morning, Ke Go Lake regulated the overflow level from 100m3/s - 350m3/s.
Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Nam - Chairman of Cam Due Commune People's Committee - said that currently in Cam Due Commune, some roads have been flooded and some households in low-lying areas have been flooded.
To proactively respond when Ke Go Lake will increase the overflow flow, the locality has so far evacuated more than 100 households with about 270 people to safety.

"We have also had a response scenario according to the situations, when the flooding situation increases, we will continue to evacuate more people to safety," Mr. Nam shared.
