The Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front called for continued support for people in the provinces affected by storms No. 11, No. 12 and floods.

On October 31, Ms. Ha Thi Nga - Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairwoman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Head of the Central Relief Mobilization Committee signed and issued Notice No. 57/TB-MTTW-BVDCTTW on continuing to mobilize and support people affected by storms No. 11, No. 12 and floods.

The content of the Notice clearly states:

Implementing the Appeal of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front on October 2, 2025 on mobilizing support for people to overcome the damage caused by storm No. 10. In the past time, domestic and foreign agencies, organizations, enterprises, collectives and individuals have actively responded and supported both materially and spiritually. That valuable contribution has contributed to helping people in disaster-affected areas overcome the consequences and stabilize their lives. The Central Relief Mobilization Committee respectfully acknowledges and sincerely thanks those noble gestures.

However, immediately after storm No. 10, the provinces in the Northern and Central regions continued to suffer heavy damage due to storms No. 11, No. 12 and prolonged floods, causing particularly serious impacts on people's lives, property and lives. Many localities are currently facing many difficulties, and need to continue to receive the attention and timely support of people across the country to soon overcome the consequences of natural disasters.

In that situation, the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front respectfully calls on agencies, organizations, businesses, individuals and people at home and abroad to promote the tradition of "mutual love, healthy leaves cover torn leaves", continue to join hands to support people in provinces affected by storms No. 11, No. 12 and floods. Specific information on support methods and receiving addresses will continue to be implemented according to the Appeal of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front on October 2, 2025.

Previously, at the launching ceremony to support people affected by storm No. 10 (Bualoi), on behalf of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Mr. Do Van Chien, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, called on people and soldiers nationwide, our compatriots abroad, agencies, organizations, businesses, philanthropists at home and abroad, foreigners living and working in Vietnam... to show good feelings, share, help mentally and materially, contribute with the Party and State to support people to overcome the damage caused by storm No. 10.
