World oil price today
World oil prices today turned slightly down after consecutive price increases. At 11:48, WTI crude oil was at 69.86 USD/barrel, down 0.14 USD/barrel, equivalent to a decrease of 0.20%. WTI crude oil closed the previous trading session at 70 USD/barrel, opening today's session at 70.21 USD/barrel.
Brent oil was at 72.24 USD/barrel, down 0.23 USD/barrel, equivalent to a decrease of 0.32%. Brent oil closed the previous trading session at 72.24 USD/barrel and opened the last session of the week at 72.70 USD/barrel.
Thus, world oil prices simultaneously turned down after previous strong increases. At the end of yesterday's trading session (September 30), Brent and WTI oil increased by 1.32% and 1.6%, respectively, to the highest level in the past month.
Domestic gasoline prices today
On July 31, retail gasoline prices according to the price list announced by Petrolimex in regions 1 and 2 are as follows:
The above domestic retail price of gasoline and oil has been adjusted according to the price of the Ministry of Finance - Industry and Trade since 3:00 p.m. on July 24.
Accordingly, E5RON92 gasoline price decreased by 202 VND/liter; RON95-III gasoline decreased by 216 VND/liter; diesel increased by 330 VND/liter, kerosene increased by 199 VND/liter, and mazut alone decreased by 99 VND/kg.

Forecast of domestic gasoline prices in the coming period
According to a representative of a petroleum business, domestic petroleum prices will fluctuate according to the world petroleum situation. According to current market developments, it is forecasted that in the next price adjustment period, retail prices of gasoline may decrease slightly. The decrease is about 100 VND/liter.
