On July 1, the new Phu Tho province began implementing the two-level local government model after merging 3 provinces: Phu Tho, Vinh Phuc, Hoa Binh and ending the operation of district-level administrative units.
According to Lao Dong's research, the People's Committee of Chi Dam commune, Phu Tho province has just announced the invitation for bidding for Package No. 05: Construction of the 3-storey, 15-room classroom building project and auxiliary items of Tien Phong Secondary School.
The above package was widely bid online, priced at more than 10 billion VND from the state budget and other legal mobilization sources. The package implementation period is 360 days.
This is the first construction package to be implemented in Phu Tho province since implementing the two-level local government model.
Regarding the construction scale, after the results of contractor selection, the construction unit will demolish the 2-storey classroom building and the official house, the corrugated iron roofed house, the old yard, and the school gate. Next, a new 3-storey, 15-room classroom building was built on the demolished house location.
The above project has an area of 555 m2 with an area of 1 floor; the frame structure is made of reinforced concrete; the wall is built with unburnt bricks; the walls are covered with cement plaster; painted with beams, ceilings, walls inside and outside the house with 1 layer of lining, 2 layers of coating; corrugated roof; tiled floor...
Along with that, 15 new boards were installed for students, along with electrical equipment, lighting, ceilings, toilet equipment, air conditioning systems; new lightning protection system and signs, fire safety cabinets; windows, doors made of aluminum doors, glass; three-level steps, stone steps; railing system made of anti-leak steel paint.
The package will also build new entrance gates on the load-bearing reinforced concrete columns on the single foundation; the walls will be built with unburnt bricks and cement mortar, painted with 1 layer of 2 layers of lining, the doors will be made of steel box, and painted with electrical static paint.
Regarding traffic routes, the package will renovate the section from National Highway 2 to the school yard with a length of 112 m, the road surface will be paved with asphalt concrete, and a new drainage ditch will be built on the route.
Previously, the 3-storey, 15-room classroom building project and auxiliary items of Tien Phong Secondary School were approved by the People's Committee of Chi Dam commune, Doan Hung district, old Phu Tho province from December 27, 2024 under Decision No. 182. The total investment of this project is nearly 12 billion VND.
The new Chi Dam commune was established on the basis of merging the entire natural area and population of Hung Xuyen commune (Doan Hung district) and the old Chi Dam commune. Mr. Ha Hai Long - Vice Chairman of Doan Hung District People's Committee (old) currently holds the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of this commune.
